Still Working Out What it Means to Be Saved By Grace

We might be mid-life but we are still
trying to discover the depths of faith, family and how we are to be
Christ-agents in this world in which we live. We are open to explore, ponder and
discover how God will use us in this phase of our lives. We desire to refine and
adjust ourselves while we reconnect to our pasts and make this transition to the
future. It isn't really about the destination but more about the journey....We
use each of you to sharpen us and hone us to be the people that God intended for
us to be. Will you share the journey with us? We love your comments!

Shower for Tara Lee in Sioux Falls-8/23/06

Tara and Kelli Kirby- High School friend

Jeremy and Tara's wedding is getting closer (Oct. 13, 2006) and several showers have been given in Tara's honor. One of the delightful showers was given in Sioux Falls by Tara's dear friends the Kirby's (Suzi and Kelli). They live in a fabulous home (the kind that most of us dream of) and the shower was held in the "pool house"(beside the pool of course!) We had a great time. Tara's Mom, Cindy VandePol, arranged for a real treat by locating some of the great wedding dresses from Tara's extended family and having some of the girls model them. She wrote out the details of each dress and shared them with us... it was fantastic! What a memory for Tara! So here are a few selected pictures from the shower. It was such a treat to be a part of this... Charlie and I traveled all the way from Wyoming to attend and it was worth driving every mile!!!! We love you Tara and can't wait to have you part of our family!!!
