Still Working Out What it Means to Be Saved By Grace

We might be mid-life but we are still
trying to discover the depths of faith, family and how we are to be
Christ-agents in this world in which we live. We are open to explore, ponder and
discover how God will use us in this phase of our lives. We desire to refine and
adjust ourselves while we reconnect to our pasts and make this transition to the
future. It isn't really about the destination but more about the journey....We
use each of you to sharpen us and hone us to be the people that God intended for
us to be. Will you share the journey with us? We love your comments!

Dan's Birthday and Fall Fun Day

Dan has a memorable 56th Birthday Celebration- October 4th even though his b'day is the 7th
With his sweetie!
Right in the midst of the Corn Maize outside of Ft. Collins, CO we celebrated Dan's 56th birthday this year with Hannah, Jeremy and Tara, Abby and Ben and even Hannah's good friend, Leah, from JBU. We stopped at Whole Foods (Dan's first introduction to a grocery store of that caliber) and after spending at least an hour finally picked out some healthy lunch before we set off to the Corn Maize. Hannah and Jer wanted to go play frisbe golf on our way and after 2 failed attempts to find the places we set off in frustration to have my vacuum worked on by the Electrolux specialist (who only lives in Ft. Collins). Doesn't that just sound like so much fun?!?!? By 5:00, after much groaning and general discontent, we finally arrived at the Corn Maize where fun was had by all. After wandering through the maize, riding the go-carts and picking out some great pumpkins spirits were lifted and fun was had by all!
